職位描述:1.Manage the Operations Team personnel.2.Manage the process of order entry, review and follow up on open orders to ensure monthly sales tasks can be completed3.Co-ordinate with sales team, service team and distributors for pulling in orders4.Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints.5.Co-ordinate and work very closely with vendors of supply chain6.Manage inventory planning and purchasing7.Analysis and evaluate Operations related issues and recommend solutions.8.Demo management9.Maintain local processes within agreed SOP’s.10.Improve processes within the Operation Team, and provide continuous process improvements.11.Reporting & analysis to meet Key Performance Indicators.Main Qualifications which Candidates Must Have1.5+ years experience in Operations Department in medical devices industry. 2+ years as supervisor or above level;2.Knowledge of overall operational processes. Should have implemented the same in last organizations;3.Good communication, both internal and external, and analysis skills, sound judgment. Be able to analyze and solve problems independently.4.Should have experience in establishing operations organization (not just managed with pre-existing processes)5.Computer skills–Excellent, particular in Microsoft office (Excel and Word), experience in ERP, especially AX experience is preferred1、管理中國區運營團隊人員;2、管理訂單的輸入、審查以及未結訂單跟進,確保每月銷售任務如期完成;3、與銷售團隊、服務團隊和代理商合作完成各類訂單;4、處理客戶咨詢和投訴;5、與供應鏈的供應商密切協調合作;6、處理庫存計劃和采購安排;7、分析評估物流團隊相關問題,提出解決方案;8、備品管理;9、在已建立的標準操作規程的基礎上維護目前工作流程;10、改善提高物流團隊的工作效率,提供可持續性的流程改進方案;11、為達到關鍵績效指標,完成各類報表和分析數據;候選人最需要具備的基本要求:1、5年以上在醫療器械行業物流部門的工作經歷,其中包含2年以上擔任主管及以上職位2、熟悉物流部門的全程運作,在上家公司有過類似工作經歷;3、對內、對外具有良好的溝通能力,分析問題能力,正確的判斷力,能夠獨立分析和解決問題;4、有建立運營架構的經驗(并不只是在原本組織架構上進行管理);5、熟練運用電腦,尤其是在excel和word方面。如有EPR經驗,尤其是AX經驗的優先考慮
