MAIN RESPONSIBILITY- Responsible for annual headcount planning and implementation- Analyze recruiting requests from various departments and carry out recruiting activities- Develop and maintain recruitment channels- Organize and implement recruiting projects- Support employer branding events- Other tasks assigned by the recruitment managerKEY COMPETENCY- Bachelor’s degree and above in a reputable university, major in Human Resources or relevant- More than 3 years’ of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a recruitment agency or as a headhunter- Creative thinker and doer- Excellent communication skills- Excellent team player- Great organization and coordination skills- Able to adapt to new environment quickly- Fluent in English, both written and speaking- Experience in a recruitment agency is a must- Overseas study and/or working experience will be a plus
