主要職責 Responsibility:1.協助支持銷售和市場部門工作Support to sales & marketing team's work2.接收和收集客戶需求并反饋給相關部門,跟進結果Receive and collect customer’s consulting and request, while feedback to relevant departments and follow up till to final resolution supplied3.收集產品質量問題,并將信息準確的反饋給公司相關部門Collect the problem and abnormal information related to product quality, and deliver the accurate information to relevant departments4.負責收集、報告并跟進銷售合同In charge of collecting, reporting and monitoring the status of sales contract executing5.任職要求Requirements:1.本科及以上學歷,良好的英文口語以及書寫能力Bachelor degree or above, good English spoken and written ability2.較高的專業素質和較強的溝通協調能力Professional, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
